Portland Art Museum, March 2026
I’m such a huge art lover, and it’s been fun to explore the newly expanded facilities of the Portland Art Museum. An impressive improvement over how it was before. Elaine and I visited today in particular for the huge new David Hockney exhibit. Check it out if you are nearby!
Also, as you can see in the photographs below, I was trying a couple of filters on my Canon 6D, 50mm 1.4, including a rose one. The exhibit space is actually bright and very blue, but you wouldn’t know it from these shots. Trying to look at the world through rose-colored glasses, I guess.
