Elk Rock Garden of the Bishop's Close

Tucked the middle of one of the wealthiest sections of Portland, Oregon, with some spectacular views of the Willamette River, sits a lovely Episcopal retreat known as the Elk Rock Garden of the Bishop's Close. There are many interesting plants there, and perhaps the loveliest part is a small grove of Arbutus menziesii, or Pacific Madrone, trees.
