When my pal Claire Thorington, talented photographer and model, told me she had moved back to Portland, I grabbed my camera and snapped a bunch of portraits of her on a freezing night near the close of 2017. (Here's hoping I get to shoot more with her in 2018!) Downtown Portland was all aglow in lights, freezing but fabulous.
