OMHT Lake Project: Frog Lake
In November 2015 I worked with Oregon's Mount Hood Territory (OMHT) to explore seven (and a half) lakes south of Mount Hood in 48 hours. My second post is on Frog Lake.
Models: Meghan Sinnott and Maddy the Wonder Dog.
See all my posts from the lake project.
Frog Lake is a little over 10 miles southeast of Government Camp, Oregon, just off of Highway 26. It's a gorgeous, serene spot, even when frozen over as when we visited.
On one side is a nice campground; we entered on the opposite side and wandered through the thick, snowy woods. Wherever you looked, there were Douglas Fir and Ponderosa trees along with the looming presence of Mount Hood. It was a sunny, frigid but perfect day.
I shot with an iPhone 6 Plus and a Canon 6D with an 85 1.2 and a 75-300mm 4-5.6 lenses. None of the images is edited.
Nice person in Portland, Oregon, and beyond.
